Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account before I start?
⌄
No. You can start a one-minute reading session from the landing page. Report history and long-term progress are most useful once you keep returning with the same device or account flow.
How long does one session take?
⌄
Usually about 1-3 minutes. You choose a course and tier, read one compact passage, answer 3 questions, and then review the result.
What is the difference between Daily and Practice?
⌄
Daily is the scored run: fixed settings, no pause, and only the first recorded attempt counts. Practice is for training, so you can retry freely and adjust reading options without affecting the Daily record.
How do the difficulty levels work?
⌄
Easy, Normal, Hard, and Expert change the reading pace, reading time, and question pressure. Start with Easy if you want a light routine, then move up when the passages feel too comfortable.
Why are there only a few questions?
⌄
OneMinLit focuses on short, high-signal comprehension checks. A small set of questions is enough to test the main idea, context, and sentence structure without turning the session into a long exam.
When should I open Report?
⌄
Open Report after a session to review scores, revisit saved results, and see how your reading habit is building over time. It is designed to connect today's short run with your long-term progress.
How does the streak work?
⌄
Overall Streak grows when you complete at least one Daily run in a day. Tier streaks track consistency for each difficulty, so Easy, Normal, Hard, and Expert can progress separately.
